Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been in the news due to her health for some days. Here’s all you need to know.

For a few days now, Samantha and her health issues have been in the news and if reports are to be believed, she has a rare skin condition for which she is advised to avoid public appearances.

Some reports even suggested that she is headed to the US for her treatment. The news that she might have to skip the promotions for her upcoming films ‘Yashoda’ and ‘Shaakuntalam’ have been circulating as well.

After much speculation, the truth is finally out. Since Samantha’s health has been a hot topic of discussion, IndianExpress reached out to her manager to get to the bottom of this situation.

Her manager, Mahendra stated that all these reports are inaccurate and that “It’s just gossip.” Well, fans of the talented actress can now be relieved.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has always been a famous name down south but she gained Pan India recognition after her role as ‘Raji’ in Prime Video’s The Family Man and for her sizzling dance number in Pushpa- The Rise.

The actress has Yashoda and Shaakunatalam lined up followed by Kushi with Vijay Deverakonda. Consequently, she is all set to make her bollywood debut in a horror comedy with Ayushmann Khurana but the movie is not announced yet. Although she does have the Indian version of the web series Citadel.

The trailer of Yashoda was launched a few days ago and has received a great response. Even though its a Telugu film, it will be dubbed and released in multiple languages including Hindi. Shaakuntalam will be having a Pan India release as well.
