In their post, the Australian Open uploaded images of the practice session of the star player and let the fans know of his arrival in the tournament. The fans were happy with the arrival of Novak.

Novak is also the defending champion at the Australian Open. In 2023, Djokovic beat Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final of the tournament at the Rod Laver Arena. In front of a packed house, the world number one overcame the challenge of the Swiss talent in an epic battle. Djokovic showed the world why he is one of the greatest Tennis players of all time by scripting history.

Novak won the Australian Open for the record 10th time in 2023. It is the tournament where Novak feels at home. No player has won as many singles titles as the Serbian at the Australian Open. The second-best player in the arena irrespective of the era has managed to win only 6 titles, which is a massive difference. Fans would be looking forward to his performance in 2024.

Can Novak Djokovic ride on the insane run?

2023 was the year of Novak Djokovic without a doubt. He equalled the record for the most number of Grand Slam titles for a men’s singles player by winning the Australian Open. He then set a new record when he won the French Open final against Casper Ruud and became the men’s singles player with the most number of Singles Grand Slam titles.

In the Wimbledon final, Djokovic nearly won the third Grand Slam title of the year. But a sensational performance from Carlos Alcaraz meant that Djokovic was denied a calendar slam. But the star player made a statement by beating Daniil Medvedev in the final of the US Open, as he became the first-ever men’s singles player to win the 24th Grand Slam. It is interesting to see if he can replicate the feat in 2024.
