List of retained players for PSL 2023

The Pakistan Super League will take place between February 9 and March 19, 2023.

Player retentions were announced on November 11.

The PSL draft is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 17.

Here is the list of players retained by each franchise.

Islamabad United

Shadab Khan, Asif Ali, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, Azam Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Hasan Ali, Colin Munro, Paul Stirling

Karachi Kings

Haider Ali, Imad Wasim, Mohammad Amir, Shoaib Malik, Aamir Yamin, Mir Hamza, Sharjeel Khan, Qasim Akram

Lahore Qalandars

Rashid Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, David Wiese, Abdullah Shafique, Harry Brook, Kamran Ghulam, Zaman Khan

Multan Sultans

Mohammad Rizwan, Khushdil Shah, Rilee Rossouw, Shan Masood, Shahnawaz Dahani, Tim David, Abbas Afridi, Ihsanullah

Peshawar Zalmi

Each team could retain up to eight players from last season’s squad.

Their squads for 2023 can contain a maximum of 18 players – three platinum, three diamond, three gold, five silver, two emerging and two supplementary – following the draft.
