‘Has some beautiful ladies’ – Andre Russell keen to watch Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’

West Indies and star allrounder Andre Russell has earned a massive fan following in India after his destructive batting performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) while playing for the two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Russell has played more matches for KKR than he has played for his national side in the T20 format.

Meanwhile, Russell was recently seen watching the trailer of KKR’s co-owner and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s recently released movie Jawan. Russell was really impressed by the trailer and said that he liked the action and wished to watch the movie in Guyana, West Indies.

“Wow, So he’s playing more than one role in this movie. So, I think it’s gonna be another hit movie. Definitely like the action, the little funny sides of Shah Rukh. So you know, it’s just the trailer, just imagine watching the full movie. Hopefully, it’s showing in Guyana and we can all go and watch it,” Russell was quoted as saying by the Free Press Journal.

Russell is currently in action in the ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2023. He is playing for Trinbago Knight Riders, however, he has disappointed his fans with the bat but shone with the ball. Russell has scored only 92 runs in the 7 matches he has played in the current season so far. Coming back to the video, Russell was heard saying that Jawan looks like a proper action movie. He wished Shah Rukh all the best and will be watching the movie in the theatre as soon as he gets a chance.

“It looks like a proper action movie. Always has some beautiful ladies in his movies and good actors. The action also looks very very impactful. All guns out, fighting and all these things. Go well, All the Best SRK. As soon I get a chance, I will be in the theatres,” he said.
