Fortnite is bringing the TMNT collaboration back once again, as the company revealed the teaser after multiple rumours. The initial quests are currently available along with the event timer.

Players will be able to play the upcoming collaboration event, on February 9 as per the official Fortnite account. TMNT character skins for Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello, Leonardo, and April O’Neil are also available in the item shop.

What is coming with the TMNT event?

A big collaboration like this usually brings in in-game quests that can be completed for rewards, NPCs and a mini battle pass. Last year’s collaboration with Star Wars also brought a mini battle pass.

The mini battle pass is also expected to include an in-game Fortnite skin for Shredder. Players expect the cost of the mini battle pass to remain the same at 1000 V-Bucks.

Fortnite also released some new in-game quests for players to complete ahead of the event. Every task has a connection to the future Fortnite x TMNT partnership, and finishing each quest will get you a 10k battle pass XP.

The tasks include –

Talk to April – 10,000 XP
Hide in Sewer entrances – 10,000 XP
Visit the Underground HQ – 10,000 XP
Find empty pizza boxes – 10,000 XP

Players will have a week to complete all these missions. Who knows what they might get after the mini-battle pass is revealed?

Multiple big collabs in past

Fortnite is no stranger to collaboration events. The game has had more collaboration than all the game collabs combined. These include Spider-Man, Avengers, John Wick and many more. This is thanks to the popularity of the game.

The Fortnite Champion Series brings in a lot of viewers, which ultimately leads to even more users. Fortnite has also seen multiple updates that include various new things. This way, the company is able to retain its massive player base.
