Bunty Bains, Sidhu Moosewala’s former manager, survives assassination attempt

Bunty Bains, a former financial manager and friend of Sidhu Moosewala, has narrowly escaped an assassination attempt in Mohali. The friend of the late singer was coming out of a dhaba from sector 79 of the city when he was mercilessly shot by a group of criminals. Bunty somehow managed to escape the situation without getting hurt and filed a police complaint on the scary incident.

Speaking about the same, the former manager of Sidhu Moosewala claimed that he received a phone call soon after the incident where he was asked to pay an amount of INR one crore. The failure to hand over the money was meant to be a death for the financial manager as per his statement. The news comes following good news regarding Sidhu’s mother.

At the age of 58, Sidhu’s mother has become pregnant. She is expecting a baby to enter the house. She considers it to be Sidhu being reborn himself. However, it was not so good news for Bains. It seems like the criminals are related to a gang that has a base in Canada that operates on such kidnapping and death threats. The police enquiry on the issue is currently taking place.

Sidhu Moosewala’s death

Bains was a manager for Moosewala when he was alive. The star singer was very popular in Punjab and had a lot of fans. His gun culture had a cult following and many claimed to have been inspired by his way of making albums. At the age of 28, Sidhu was murdered. The case encountered brutal facts which claimed the usage of three types of deadly weapons. The news shook the entire India.

The netizens asked about the safety of people in Punjab. There has been a growing concern among the common people regarding how the state has no law and order. The latest incident of Bains has only increased the fears of citizens. It happened about 21 months after the assassination of Moosewala. The former singer breathed his last on the 29th of May in 2022.
