The trailer for Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon was launched today.

Dinesh Vijan’s Horror Comedy Universe is growing in size with its new addition, Bhediya. The film’s trailer was launched today and by the looks of it, director-producer duo Dinesh-Amar has done it again.

The trailer launch is extra special since today marks Varun Dhawan’s 10 years in the industry as he made his debut with Student of the Year in 2012.

Before the trailer launch, both Varun and Kriti had shared posters of their characters in the film. The trailer shows us the origin story of werewolf Varun Dhawan. Why and how he became a Werewolf. Kriti Sanon can be seen guiding him and advising him that since he’s chosen, he has the responsibility to use his powers for good. The audience can also see the CGI effects of the movie especially when Varun Dhawan transforms into his ghoulish avatar.

Apart from Varun and Kriti, the trailer also shows the rest of the cast like Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal and both of them are a laughter riot. The trailer ends on a comical version of the famous song “Jungle Jungle Baat Chali Hai” from the Jungle Book.

Since Roohi did not do so well at theatres, a lot is riding on Bhediya for both Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan’s Horror-comedy universe. Stree was a blockbuster hit so let’s hope Bhediya follows the same path.

Bhediya will be releasing in theatres near you on 25th November 2022.
