‘Bade log kuch bhi track pe chala sakte hai’ – Fans react to viral image of Suresh Raina with Marc Marquez for MotoGP Bharat 2023

India’s first-ever MotoGP Grand Prix, MotoGP Bharat is all set to take place from 22 to 24 September 2023 at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The primary aim of this event is to attract fans from India and to boost the motorcycle sport in the country. Big names such as Fabio Quartararo, Aleix Espargaro, and Francesco Bagnaia, are expected to compete in this Grand Prix. 

Now, an image has gone viral where the former Team India cricketer, Suresh Raina was seen having a bike ride with Marc Marquez on the Buddh International Circuit track to hype up the excitement for the Grand Prix. Raina also shared images and videos on social media with the caption: “Revving up the excitement as my home state, Uttar Pradesh is hosting the upcoming Moto GP Wishing all the teams the best as they take on the Buddha International Circuit! #BharatMotoGP #UttarPradesh @officialjiocinema @marcmarquez93 @suhailchandhok.”

Marc Marquez, the Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle road racer is a part of the Repsol Honda team and an eight-time World Champion (1x 125cc and 1x Moto2, plus 6x MotoGP). He was also the youngest rider ever to be crowned king of the premier class. Raina was also seen playing cricket with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team’s Brad Binder. In this tournament, fans will witness a total of 82 riders from 41 teams looking for top honours in MotoGP, Moto 2 and Moto 3 over the course of three days.

Suresh Raina won the 2011 ODI World Cup for Team India

Speaking of Suresh Raina, he played 322 international matches for Team India across all three formats and was one of the few batters to score atleast a century in all three formats. He won four IPL titles with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and was a part of the Team India squad which won the 2011 ODI World Cup and the 2013 Champions Trophy.
