Bail Conditions for Allu Arjun
The II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge issued the order after reviewing arguments from both the actor’s lawyers and the police. Arjun’s advocate, Ashok Reddy, confirmed the court’s directive requiring the actor to provide two sureties, each worth ₹50,000.
In a statement shared by ANI, Ashok explained, “The court has imposed standard conditions. He must attend the police station every Sunday. The court agreed this is not a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, leading to bail approval.”
Additionally, the quash petition filed by Arjun in the Telangana High Court remains pending. The petition is scheduled for a hearing on January 21.
