Rohit and Babar’s recent Test performance
Rohit recently appeared in the 2-match Test series against West Indies where he displayed a brilliant batting performance. He smashed his 10 Test century in the first Test. In the 2nd Test, Rohit continued his brilliance and smashed half-centuries in both innings of the match.
Talking about Babar, he is currently in action in the ongoing 2-match Test series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. He failed to produce anything special in the first Test as he managed to score 13 and 24 runs in the 1st and 2nd innings respectively. The right-hander started brilliantly in the 2nd Test but got out after scoring 39 runs.
Talking about their captaincy in the longest format, Rohit is superior to Babar in terms of captaincy as he has led the Indian team to the recently concluded WTC 2023 final. However, they failed to win the grand contest and lost the match by 209 runs against Australia.
