India are currently top of the table with two wins in two matches and four points.

Meanwhile, Pakistan is at the second position with one win in two matches and two points.

The men in green Pakistan sealed their Super Four spot after clash after beating Hong Kong by 155 runs.

Sadly, for Pakistan, they have been hit by a major injury setback prior to today’s key match against India.

Fast bowler Shahnawaz Dahani has been ruled out picking up a suspected side strain injury in the match against Hong Kong on Friday.

The Pakistan team spokesperson has said that Dahani’s condition will monitored for 48-72 hours before deciding on his further participation in Asia Cup 2022.

Hasan Ali or Mohammad Hasnain will take Dahani’s place in the team.
